With the objective of strengthening water-related infrastructure, the Municipal Government of Santa María Huatulco, presided over by Eng. Julio Cárdenas, held a working meeting with representatives of the National Water Commission (CONAGUA) to follow up on the development of the Water Plan for the municipality.
This project includes comprehensive actions in terms of drinking water, drainage, and sanitation, seeking to substantially improve public services for the benefit of the citizenry.
The proposal includes a tripartite investment scheme—federal, state, and municipal—that will allow for timely and efficient attention to the municipality's water needs.
During the meeting, the current state of hydraulic services in Huatulco was reviewed, and the next steps for finalizing the delivery and implementation of the plan were defined.
The Municipal Government continues to work with responsibility and a vision for the future so that Huatulco has a dignified, efficient, and sustainable hydraulic infrastructure.
