Municipal and federal authorities advance in process of regularizing denomination of origin of Pluma coffee in Huatulco

The Government of Huatulco, led by President Ing. Julio Cárdenas, through the Directorate of Economic Development and the Directorate of Governance, participated in a working table with municipal and agrarian authorities of the region to advance in the regularization of the denomination of origin of Pluma coffee.

In this important meeting, the senator Lic. Luisa Cortés and the senator Emanuel Reyes, commissioners of economy of the Chamber of Senators, were present, who supported the initiatives to strengthen this emblematic product.

These actions reaffirm the commitment of the municipal government with the coffee growers of Huatulco, promoting the production, quality and commercialization of Pluma coffee, promoting its national and international recognition and promoting the economic development of our municipality.
