The Huatulco Civil Protection and Fire Department responded to a road accident on Federal Highway 200, at kilometer 257, near the López Obrador neighborhood, where a tanker truck fell into a ravine after colliding with a van transporting CETMAR students.
The students were unharmed and were evaluated on-site by emergency personnel. The National Guard also participated in the response, reinforcing security and prevention efforts in the area.
The Municipal Government of Santa María Huatulco acknowledges the prompt response of emergency services and reiterates the call to drive with caution on the highway to protect everyone's lives.
