Timely Assistance to Visitor at Maguey Beach

Huatulco lifeguards provided pre-hospital care to a 43-year-old tourist at Maguey Beach for elevated blood pressure and dehydration. The patient improved favorably.

As part of ongoing visitor care and protection efforts, lifeguard personnel provided pre-hospital care to a 43-year-old tourist from the State of Mexico, who presented with elevated blood pressure and signs of dehydration at Maguey Beach.

After receiving assessment, hydration, and instructions from the personnel, the patient showed favorable improvement, without requiring transfer, and the situation concluded without further incident. The Municipal Government of Santa María Huatulco, led by Eng. Julio Cárdenas, continues to work to provide timely assistance and contribute to the safety of those who visit our tourist destinations.
