In response to the damage caused by the rains recorded during the early morning of May 24, the Civil Protection team of the Municipal Government of Santa María Huatulco, under the instructions of the municipal president, Ing. Julio Cárdenas, is providing immediate assistance in the affected areas.
From the Government of Huatulco, we urge the population to take precautions during this rainy season: secure roofs, trees, and objects that may represent risks with strong winds. To those who live in high-risk areas, we ask you to take extreme care, because protecting life and physical integrity is the most important thing.
