The Municipal Government of Huatulco, presided by Eng. Julio Cárdenas, through the Municipal Agency of Santa Cruz Huatulco and the Directorate of Sustainability, carried out a reforestation day with the planting of 450 timber trees in the Emiliano Zapata Colony (Section 3).
This activity had the active participation of the inhabitants of the community, who contributed to the strengthening of the natural environment of the area.
During the day, the importance of the environmental services that trees provide to our ecosystem was highlighted, as well as the need to continue promoting sustainable practices that guarantee a greener and healthier future for the municipality of Huatulco.
The Municipal Government of Santa María Huatulco appreciates the participation and commitment of the citizens, recognizing that it is through joint work that true changes are achieved in favor of the environment and the well-being of all.
