Observations must be submitted using the “Formato de Observaciones” (observations form), addressed to the Dirección de Planeación Municipal and/or the Dirección de Desarrollo Urbano, through either of these two channels.

  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., on business days. You can request the “Formato de Observaciones” there and leave it in the comments box.

Legal Basis and Information

The Honorable Constitutional City Council of the Municipality of Santa María Huatulco, Oaxaca, through the Municipal Secretariat, calls this Public Consultation on the basis of Article 115, section V, subsection a), of the Political Constitution of the United Mexican States; Article 11, section I, of the General Law on Human Settlements, Land Use Planning and Urban Development; Article 113, section IV, subsection a), of the Political Constitution of the Free and Sovereign State of Oaxaca; Articles 1, 4 Bis, 8, 13, 17, 27, 34, 35, 36, 38, 39, 42, 102, 103, 104, 105, 106 and 108 of the Law on Land Use Planning and Urban Development for the State of Oaxaca; Article 6 of the Regulations of that Law, and other applicable provisions; and in compliance with the resolution approved by the Council of the Municipality of Santa María Huatulco in its extraordinary session of October 3, 2026.
