Beach Cleanup Day at La Bocana Beach
The Municipal Government of Santa María Huatulco, through ZOFEMAT, conducted a cleanup at La Bocana beach, removing over 10 tons of waste.
With the aim of ensuring the safety and well-being of visitors, the Municipal Government of Santa María Huatulco, presided over by Eng. Julio Cárdenas, through ZOFEMAT, carried out a cleanup day at La Bocana beach, with the active participation of local community members, represented by Ariana Martínez Ríos.
The activity had the support of the Secretariat of National Defense, the Municipal ZOFEMAT Directorate, and the Clean Beaches Committee of Santa María Huatulco.
During the day, more than 10 tons of waste were removed, reaffirming the collective commitment to the preservation of the natural environment.
