Children in Huatulco: Building Environmental Awareness
Children in Huatulco learn about environmental awareness through games and educational activities. A municipal initiative for a sustainable future.
As part of World Environment Day, the Municipal Government of Santa María Huatulco, headed by Ing. Julio Cárdenas, through the ZOFEMAT Directorate, carried out the activity “Environmental Education Report” at the Siglo XXI School Center. During the day, boys and girls participated in recreational and educational activities such as thematic crosswords and the Solid Waste Plinko game, designed to strengthen their understanding of the importance of caring for the planet.
The objective of this activity was to promote environmental awareness from an early age, promoting attitudes of respect, responsibility and action in the face of the ecological challenges we face as a society.
The Municipal Government of Santa María Huatulco thanks all the participants, as well as the educational community, for enthusiastically joining this initiative that promotes a more sustainable future for Huatulco.
