FOSTERING CIVIC VALUES IN HUATULCO'S CHILDREN
Sixth-grade students from Nuevos Horizontes Primary School participated in a civic ceremony at Huatulco's Twentieth Naval Zone, touring its facilities. Coordinated by the Directorate of Education, this activity aims to reinforce civic values and respect for national symbols among Huatulco's children.
Sixth-grade students from the Nuevos Horizontes Evening Primary School, located in the municipal seat's center, participated in a civic ceremony held at the Twentieth Naval Zone of Huatulco. Subsequently, they toured the facilities, learning about the spaces and services offered by the Secretariat of the Navy.
This activity was coordinated by the Directorate of Education of the Municipal Government of Santa María Huatulco, headed by Eng. Julio Cárdenas, with the objective of bringing and reinforcing civic values in Huatulco's children, as well as fostering respect for our national symbols. These visits will be conducted weekly with different groups from the municipality's schools.
These actions strengthen civic education from childhood.
