Delivering Tool Kits to Municipal Agents and Representatives
The Municipal Government of Santa María Huatulco delivered 65 tool kits to municipal agents and representatives to strengthen maintenance and contingency response.
The Municipal Government of Santa María Huatulco, presided over by Eng. Julio Cárdenas, through the Directorate of Neighborhoods and Communities, delivered 65 tool kits to municipal agents and representatives in the main municipal square.
This action aims to strengthen maintenance, cleaning, and community care tasks in neighborhoods, settlements, and communities. Furthermore, it seeks to ensure that, in case of contingencies, auxiliary authorities have basic tools to respond immediately.
Each kit includes wheelbarrows, shovels, machetes, picks, crowbars, files, rakes, pitchforks, sacks, a chainsaw, a replacement chain, and chainsaw oil.
As part of this strategy, the formation of community civil protection committees, composed of residents from each community, is contemplated to strengthen organization and collaborative work.
With these actions, the Municipal Government reaffirms its commitment to continue building a stronger Huatulco, with participatory citizenship and a government close to its people.
