Actions in Favor of Livestock Animal Health in Chacalmata

The Municipal Government of Santa María Huatulco, led by Eng. Julio Cárdenas, through the Directorate of Rural Development, carried out a vaccination, deworming, and vitamin supplementation campaign for livestock animals in the community of Chacalmata, benefiting local producers.

In total, 23 bovines, 3 pigs, and 16 goats, belonging to 6 livestock farmers from the community, were attended to as part of the actions to strengthen animal health and the well-being of the livestock herd in the municipality.

With these actions, healthier, more productive, and sustainable livestock farming is promoted in the rural communities of Huatulco.
